My journey into business consulting started in banking. While helping business owners open accounts and apply for funding, I noticed a heartbreaking pattern: entrepreneurs with real potential, some even generating revenue, were leaving without accessing resources available to them.

Not because the opportunities didn’t exist… but because their businesses weren’t properly structured to receive them.

During the height of COVID, many were desperately, needing funding just to cover payroll—but missed out on SBA loans and government programs because of simple compliance gaps:

- Operating on personal EINs instead of business EINs

- Mixing business and personal funds

- No operating agreements or ownership clarity

- Missing the required statements and documentation for funding

Even profitable businesses were leaving opportunities on the table.

As a commercial lender, I often went beyond my role, walking clients through a checklist of what a funding-ready business should look like. That’s when it clicked: the issue wasn’t lack of ambition—it was lack of structure.

That realization led me to build Redeem Services LLC along side my Husband. Because building a business isn’t just about starting, it’s about building one that’s structured to grow and positioned to receive.
