My background began in banking, where I helped business owners open accounts and apply for funding. Over time, I noticed a painful pattern: many entrepreneurs had real potential, and some were already generating revenue, but they were still missing out on opportunities because their businesses were not properly structured.

During COVID, this became even more clear. Many business owners needed funding to stay afloat, but simple issues kept them from qualifying, such as using personal EINs, mixing business and personal funds, missing operating agreements, or lacking the required documentation.

That experience showed me the real problem was not lack of ambition. It was lack of structure.

That is why I built Redeem Services LLC with my husband, to help entrepreneurs build businesses that are compliant, organized, and positioned for growth.

Today, I help business owners identify and correct the gaps holding them back so they can operate with clarity, confidence, and direction.
